The OB210FEM Women's Olympic Bar with Needle Bearings is made from the highest tensile strength steel.

Tensile strength is the measure of force required to break through solid steel Olympic bar shafts. With a tensile strength of 200,000 PSI, the OB210FEM bar is capable of withstanding the toughest WODs from CrossFit, Olympic lifts with weight plates or heavy weightlifting without compromising its structural integrity.

The grip area combines a 28mm diameter shaft with medium knurling for exceptional bending power and a moderate amount of whip.

The sleeves are precision milled and secured with two locking rings for added strength. Inside each one are 4 high quality needle bearings and a brass bushing, which ensure smooth rotation.
